Pixie's People -- Meet Mike
Share
A fun spring encounter with Mike from the Mammals @_themammals. He and his wife are the lead singers in an Indie folk band that tours the country not only with spring water but they actively seek out spring sources wherever they go. Mike drives forty minutes to fill up at Pixie, relying on the water as their primary consumable water source bringing back enough to last his family until the next visit. They discovered the spring on their drive to and from Full Moon Resort where they teach at the summer music camp but continue to drive the distance during the off months.
When I asked Mike how he uses the water he said pretty much for everything. He knows the power of Pixie as an ingredient well in their household.
We asked Mike a few questions:
Q: What do you think of Pixie Spring Water?
Mike's reply:
I love pixie spring water. It's delicious, alive and always runs clear.
Q: How much water do you carry away with you each visit?
Mike's reply:
I generally collect 6 five gallon jugs at a time.
Q: How often are you able to make the trip?
Mike's reply:
I make the trip approximately once a month.
Q: What do you feel when you come to Pixie?
Mike's reply:
I particularly love pixie spring because of the care that has gone into making spring-goers feel welcome. The signs, gate, hammock, collecting pool and basin all reverberate with a nurturing, wholesome energy, engendering a sense of care and reverence for the water, the community and the land. This is definitely a place you'd find pixies hanging out.
THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK MIKE.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT THE SPRING NEXT MONTH.
